What we believe
Most organizations already collect feedback. Very few act on it in time to matter. A survey read next quarter can't fix the experience someone had today. We believe feedback should be captured in the moment and turned into a clear action — fast enough to change the outcome.
What we do
We design the feedback program, deploy real-time collection on the ViewPoint platform — kiosks, QR and NFC, and digital surveys — and run the AI analysis and reporting. Each cycle, your team gets a decision-ready brief: what changed, why, and the one action that moves the number.
How we're different
We're not a self-serve software vendor. As an official ViewPoint reseller, we own the part the software can't: the strategy, the analysis, and the action loop. You get a partner who does the work and is accountable for the outcome — not just a login and a dashboard.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, with a Delaware presence, we serve organizations across North America — specifically Canada and the United States — from aviation and healthcare to government, logistics, retail, education, and events.
