We design your feedback program, deploy real-time collection on the ViewPoint platform, run the AI analysis, and deliver a decision each cycle. You can take that self-service, fully managed, or anywhere in between. Pricing is tailored to your touchpoints and the level of support you want.
The four stages
- Assess. A short working session maps your current feedback flow and finds where insight — and revenue — is being lost. You leave with a benchmark from a comparable organisation, whether or not we go further.
- Design. We design the program: the questions, the touchpoints, the metrics that matter to you, and the operating cadence — who reviews what, how often, and who acts.
- Deploy. We stand up real-time collection on ViewPoint — kiosks, ViewPoint Tag (QR/NFC), and digital surveys — branded and placed for your environment.
- Embed the loop. Each cycle, AI scores themes and sentiment and you get a decision-ready brief. Action happens every cycle, not once a year.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on how many touchpoints you cover, the mix of kiosks, ViewPoint Tag, QR and digital capture, and whether you want self-service or fully managed reporting. Because those vary widely, we tailor a quote rather than list a flat price. The fastest way to a number is a free assessment, after which you get a clear, itemised proposal.
Can we run it ourselves, or do you manage it?
Either. We can set you up to run the program self-service, manage the whole thing for you, or land anywhere in between — for example, you own day-to-day while we run the analysis and deliver the brief each cycle.
How long until we're collecting feedback?
After the assessment and program design, ViewPoint Tag (QR/NFC) and digital surveys can be live in a short time, since they need no hardware install. Kiosks take a little longer for branding and placement. Most programs are capturing real feedback within weeks, not months.
Do we have to replace our current survey tool?
No. We design the program around what you need first and can incorporate feedback you already collect. As an official ViewPoint reseller we deploy on ViewPoint, but the strategy and analysis layer is what we own and is independent of any single tool.
